How did BuiltInFix start?
1 BuiltInFix started in 2020 as a division specialized in cooking-appliance repair within the Smart Services group. We noticed a large gap in the Egyptian market: there was no repair center dedicated to stoves and ovens only. What existed was either slow, expensive authorized agents, or general repair workshops that did not master this appliance type.
2 In 5 years, we grew from a small Cairo team into a specialized center with over 100 technicians, serving Cairo and Giza as a priority plus all major Egyptian governorates. We have served over a million home customers plus thousands of commercial facilities — restaurants, hotels, cafés, and large corporations.
3 BuiltInFix's unique advantage: full specialization in cooking appliances — stoves, ovens, built-ins, hobs, hoods, and commercial equipment. Not a "general repair center" that fixes anything. That is what gives our technicians the deepest expertise in every appliance type.
